Wake County's Solid Waste Management Division is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive support services for its network of Solid Waste Facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing both routine and on-call litter collection around County Convenience Centers, as well as collecting and transporting various materials between facilities. The County seeks a contractor capable of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform these services in a safe, timely, and environmentally responsible manner. As part of its waste management program, Wake County collects oyster shells at all Convenience Center sites. These shells must be transported to the designated collection area at the South Wake Solid Waste Facility. Additionally, residents leave various materialssuch as paint, used oil, grease, fire extinguishers, mattresses, propane tanks, scrap tires, and other itemsat the Convenience Centers. These materials must be properly collected and transported to the appropriate facilities for safe disposal or recycling.

+ Clean/televise and install CIPP liner in 103 feet of 16 sewer and 3,475 feet of 36 sewer; install 201 VF of cementitious mortar in manholes; remove and replace 77 feet of 15 sewer; various manhole and sewer repairs, bypass pumping of wastewater; and other related sewer rehabilitation work.

The scope of this project includes site amenity and improvements to bus stops Group C-1 located within Durham County. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, and materials necessary to complete the work in full compliance with the contract terms. The work shall consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and sidewalks, installing amenities, traffic control, and other related items.

The scope of this project includes bus stop improvements, intersection enhancements, and pedestrian infrastructure within the Falconbridge Road and Huntingridge Road area in Durham County. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, and materials necessary to complete the work in full compliance with the contract terms. The work shall consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and sidewalks, installing amenities, traffic control, and other related items.

This project consists of the removal canopy and pavers, reconstruction of failing subbase, concrete foundations, reinstall canopy and reinstallation of pavers.

Wake Tech's existing Western Wake Campus, located in a leased facility in Cary, will be relocated to a highly accessible 34-acre site located in the Veridea development near N.C. Highway 55, the N.C. Highway 540 Triangle Expressway and U.S. Highway 1, the Conlon Western Wake Campus will be adjacent to the future 230-acre North Carolina Children's Hospital, the state's first freestanding hospital dedicated to serving the needs of children, and Dell Technologies. It will also be located within 4 miles of new and expanding biopharmaceutical facilities in Holly Springs: Amgen, CSL Seqirus, Fujifilm Biotechnologies and Genentech. In addition to biotech and future health sciences training, the campus will offer business and IT programs, along with the Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees for university transfer. The master plan for development, shows three academic buildings on the 34-acre site.

The City of Raleigh is seeking multiple-qualified firm(s) with which to enter into Master Services Agreements (MSA) for the following services: Facility and Security Enhancements (Access control) components and services, such as badge readers, door hardware, software, installation, and system integration, so vendors can provide accurate quotes for securing a facility or property.

The scope of this project is limited to approximately 6,166 SF of interior renovations inside the Wake County South Wilmington Street Center. The project construction scope will include the interior renovation of the existing kitchen area in the Mens Shelter. Wake County Public School System is seeking to secure a contract, or contracts, to provide Insulation Installation and Repair at various WCPSS facilities throughout the district now or hereafter owned, leased, or possessed by WCPSS. Scope of work includes but is not limited to insulating refrigeration lines, hot and chilled water lines and various types of ductwork.

The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional engineering services for the following project: Little Creek RRF Expansion. Provide Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and preliminary design for expansion of the Little Creek Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) up to 4.99 MGD. PER and preliminary design will also address new discharge location at Moccasin Creek. If speculative limits are successfully obtained, assist with additional NPDES permitting for expansion required and completion of detailed design, bidding, and construction phase services for the recommended plant expansion.

Maintenance repairs to the parking deck including isolated concrete spall and crack repairs, joint sealant replacement, rebuilding two landings at the west stairwell, isolated structural repairs to precast concrete support conditions, and repainting of isolated steel components. Parking deck is located on the NCSU Centennial Campus at the WRC Headquarters building in Raleigh, NC.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide all-inclusive janitorial service with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning, as well as major maintenance services for the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. The areas to be cleaned consist of offices, classrooms, corridors, vestibules, porches, restrooms, janitorial closet, breakrooms and other areas within the building.

The Raleigh Convention Center is soliciting informal bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete permanent structural repairs resulting from a localized fire that occurred on December 1, 2025, at the lower roof section of the Raleigh Convention Center. A prior assessment was conducted and identified fire-damaged structural components. Temporary reinforcement measures were previously installed by others to stabilize the affected beams supporting the shimmer wall. This project includes the implementation of permanent structural repairs and reinforcement in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. The Town of Holly Springs is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed Structural Engineering firms to perform structural assessments at W.E. Hunt Recreation Center Gymnasium, Fire Station 1, and the Parks & Recreation Maintenance Facility Storage. The selected firm will provide professional structural engineering services typical to structural assessments of occupied, commercial buildings.

The contractor shall perform the following at each designated parking facility: Full mechanical sweeping of all drive lanes, parking stalls, ramps, and rooftop levels, including entrance and exit lanes and areas surrounding pay stations and equipment bases. Systemic removal of dirt, sand, trash, leaves, organic debris, and accumulated sediment. Hand blowing or vacuuming of debris from corners, curb lines, expansion joints, areas adjacent to stair towers and elevator lobbies, and along perimeter walls and wheel stops. Removal of surface debris from drain inlets; however, this scope does not include high-pressure jetting of internal pipes. Pursuant to environmental regulations, the contractor must provide proper off-site disposal of all collected materials. No debris shall be relocated to adjacent landscaped areas or surface lots. All collected materials must be hauled off-campus for private disposal.

This project will involve the repair and replacement of deteriorating sanitary piping and will improve reliability and safety of the critical infrastructure within the North Campus Precinct.

Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to clean and sanitize all HVAC, PTAC units and Duct Work for Lineberry 1st and 2nd floors, Lineberry Auditorium, Cole Building, Fisher Building, Cooke Building, and Haywood Building. Clean and address any mold and or visible signs of mold wherever it is observed. The vendor will address some of the ongoing safety concerns of mold and poor indoor air quality, the source of numerous complaints and safety concerns. All work under this contract should be coordinated with the Contract Manager. Lineberry Auditorium services shall be completed on the weekend Saturday or Sunday 8:00AM 5:00PM. Cole Building, Fisher Building, Cooke Building and Haywood Building services shall be completed during regular business hours, Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM.
