Demolish the existing analog cameras, DVRs and cabling and replace with new IP cameras, NVRs, network switches and cabling, etc. for a complete on-premise surveillance and VMS system for this building, as noted on the plans and specifications.

Engineering services shall include, but are not limited to, standard tasks necessary for the implementation of the project in conformance with NCDEQ compliance areas: 1. Preparing and approval of the engineering report prior to the Release of Funds; Upon the Release of Funds, the following scope of work is required: 1. Preparing the final design and construction bid package in conformance with applicable regulations and requirements. 2. Ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon wage and American Iron and Steel requirements. 3. Supervising the bid advertising, tabulation, and award process, including preparing the advertisements for bid solicitations, conducting pre-bid meeting, conducting bid opening, and issuing the notice to proceed. 4. Conducting the pre-construction conference. 5. Surveying, field staking, on-site supervising of construction work, and preparing inspection reports. 6. Reviewing and approving all contractor requests for payment, change orders, and submitting approved requests to the governing body. 7. Providing reproducible plan drawings to the Town upon project completion. 8. Conducting final inspection and testing. 9. Submitting certified "as-built" drawings to appropriate authorities and 10. Preparing an operation and maintenance manual (if applicable).

The purpose of this process is to procure the services for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of (WE)s pad mount transformers and related equipment. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring that WEs transformers meet all safety, operational, and regulatory standards, while also providing timely and accurate reporting of equipment conditions. Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Physical inspection of transformers and other related equipment by request. 2. Assess the condition of the transformers and other related equipment. 3. Assess the failure risk of the transformers and other related equipment. 4. Submittal of a report detailing findings, assessments, further actions, and recommendations. 5. Present findings and remediation services to Wilson Energy at a date to be determined as requested. 6. Maintenance related services offered related to the equipment based on findings.

The project consists of a multi-phased project to renovate the boys and girls bathrooms in the McAdams Building. These bathrooms serve as the main bathrooms for the dormitories in the McAdams Building which will require a phased approach to keep access to one bathroom at all times per floor. The work will consist of replacing all toilet partitions to properly align with the water closets and bringing the restrooms up to ADA standards. The project will also consist of installing new shower tile, replacing shower valves and drains to make them operational, and expanding one dormitory room to create an RA space with a new ADA bathroom.

The town of Lucama will receive separate sealed bid proposals for the provision and installation of one new modular home built to the state building codes.

The Woodland Drive Storm Drain System project is for the replacement and improvement of the storm drainage system along Woodland Drive NW. This project will reroute the current stormwater flow and discharge into a plunge pool. This project will include, but is specifically not limited to, 1,066 LF of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), 1,000 LF of curb and gutter, catch basins, bedding for utilities, excavation, backfill and compaction, driveway replacement, walkway replacement, asphalt paving, clearing and grubbing, service reconnections, sewer line installation, doghouse manhole, erosion and sediment control measures, seeding, mobilization, demolition, traffic control, and other appurtenances to install and complete the work.

The material to be provided shall be LIQUID FERRIC SULFATE, approved for potable water treatment, Listed/Certified under the National Sanitation Foundation NSF Standard 60 and meeting all provisions of ANSI/AWWA STANDARD B406-20; Standard for Liquid Ferric Sulfate, latest revision and the requirements contained within this specification.

Voltage Regulator, auto-transformer type, oil, single-phase, rated 12.47/7.62 kV, 60 Hertz, step type, 10% raise and 10% lower, 416 kVA @ 55C rise, with load bonus for 5% regulation, including all specified tests and support stands, all as per Specifications.
