237130 - Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors (AFGSC) on behalf of the Government intends to issue a Full and Open Competition for the replacement of the Outside Runway Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) systems located at Vance AFB. Work includes full removal of existing PAPI units, installation of new FAA-compliant LED PAPI systems, associated electrical work, grounding, testing, and all requirements.

General Scope: The Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, supplies, environmental protection, signage, traffic control, construction debris removal, sweeping/cleaning, and other incidentals necessary to perform concrete repair to bridge approaches on 86th St N over US Hwy 75. Note that the scope includes all concrete in the project area to the edge of the driving lanes and does not include any repairs to the shoulders.

The contract period shall begin on upon award and continue through June 11, 2027, with optional renewals for additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement between parties. Purchases made pursuant to this bid are at the discretion of Tulsa County. The awarded vendor shall prepay all packaging, shipping, handling, freight, and delivery charges and firm prices quoted in the bid shall include all such charges for the duration of the contract.
