Scope of Work: Replace old/damaged kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops at various dwellings owned by HACC on an as needed basis. New Cabinets shall be KCMA certified.

Scope of Work: The disposal of: 1. Grit (wastewater treatment screenings, grit from wastewater treatment and storm water collection system solids) 2. Dewatered biosolids generated from the wastewater treatment process 3. Spent hydrogen sulfide media The resulting contract is for disposal services, not for hauling/transportation services. The resulting contract will be for three years (3) with the option to extend for one (1) additional three (3) year period.

Project consists of upgrades to existing security electronics system in a two story, Type IB construction, concrete and concrete unit masonry jail, I-3 (Condition 5) Occupancy, with fire sprinklers.

Scope of Services: The contractor will provide professional Asbestos Project Management and Air Monitoring Services, which include: 1. Acting as the Asbestos Project Manager on-site during all abatement activities conducted by the asbestos abatement contractor. 2. Coordinating with the asbestos abatement contractor and HACC to ensure timely execution of work without delays. 3. Submitting a written statement upon completion of each abatement project, confirming that the work area is clear and ready for occupancy. 4. Providing air monitoring test results along with interpretations at the end of each project. 5. The contract will be on an 'on-call' or 'as-needed' basis, with a minimum of 1 testing day and a maximum of 50 testing days over two years (730 days). The services will be performed at various locations managed by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County in Oregon City, Oregon.

Description: Contract to perform asbestos abatement of flooring, wall and ceiling texture at various dwellings owned by HACC on an as needed basis

Project Scope: This project consists of the renovation of an existing clinic space of about 4,400 SF. This includes a new reception area, new retail pharmacy, and remodeling of existing exam rooms to be new office spaces. It also includes the preparation of the sterilization area in the dental space for replacement of their existing sterilization equipment. It also includes some upgrades to the ADA accessibility inside and outside of the building. The scope also includes the replacement of the roof.
