Project Description: Contractors to provide Emergency Vehicle Fleet Maintenance for fire engines, ambulances, brush rigs, rescue, water tenders, aerial apparatus and similar vehicles. Not included are fire department staff vehicles.

Project Scope: This project consists of the renovation of an existing clinic space of about 4,400 SF. Project Scope: Fabrication, Delivery, and Installation of Interior Architectural Signage for the new NCRD Aquatic Center in Nehalem, Oregon. The project includes ADA-compliant room identification signs, wayfinding signage, donor recognition signage, donor wall elements, and related interior signage identified in the design package. Work includes shop drawings, fabrication, delivery, and installation.

Work Details: The Contractor is required to perform selective demolition, which includes: - Demolishing interior partitions, systems, and components designated for removal. - Demolishing exterior portions of the facade and structures as specified. - Protecting adjacent areas during demolition. - Removing and legally disposing of demolished materials off-site. - Notifying the owner prior to shutting off existing utilities. - Performing all minor demolition necessary for project completion. Specific tasks include concrete sawing where indicated, ensuring no debris accumulates on-site, and hauling away waste materials. The contractor must also provide complete wood framing to support structural requirements, installed equipment, finish materials, and accessories.

Scope of Work: The Consultant shall provide on-call engineering and geotechnical services to provide analyses of the Districts levee assets and facilities. This is a non-personal services contract to provide road maintenance to the High Cascade Ranger District (HCRD) and Siskiyou Mountains Ranger Districts (SMRD) of the Rogue River Siskiyou National Forest (RRSNF). Project Description: The work consists of providing all material (tower), labor and equipment necessary to construct a self-supported four legged hot dipped galvanized, 30-foot-tall tower with a 12-foot by 12-foot expanded metal hot dip galvanized platform with removable nonmetallic guard rails around the top platform. All tower fasteners must be hot dipped galvanized. The tower platform will be used for a radar station; weight of the radar station is approximately 420 pounds and is surrounded by an 8-foot radome. The tower must include an access ladder with an anti-climb barrier and tie off points on the ladder and platform to secure maintenance crews working on the (Gryphon) radar station. Utilizing the tower manufactures tower construction instructions and tower manufactures designed tower foundation, Contractor shall construct the complete and usable radar tower. The tower must to be designed for the North Oregon Coast winds and a salty environment.

Scope of Work: The Contractors work shall include furnishing all materials, tools, supplies, fertilizers, pesticides, post and pre-emergent labor, equipment, and vehicles necessary to provide landscape maintenance and temporary traffic control in Transportation Maintenance Right of Way (ROW) contract areas and maps identified in the Landscaping Contract Zone. The Contractors duties include tree, shrub, and plant maintenance. Included in the scope of work is providing weed and pest control in landscape areas.

Scope: Routine pumping, cleaning, and disposal services of grease and grit traps, waste manifest documentation, and emergency response capabilities

Work includes performing minor alterations, routine maintenance activities, or repairs for the preservation of various amenities and infrastructure in parks, open spaces, and trails for the City of Eugene Parks and Open Spaces Division. The purpose of this RFP is to establish multiple retainer agreements based on specialty between trade service contractors and the City of Eugene for minor projects or on-call repair and maintenance services on an as-needed basis.

Prequalification required. Work to be performed includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Remove existing striping, and install new striping; perform chip sealing; perform traffic control; and conduct construction surveying.

The work includes the following: Approximately 3,525 feet of 8 inch waterline (bid in 4 schedules) including connections, valves, hydrants, water services and appurtenances.
