Description
Project Description: Cleawox Bathhouse Roof and Porch Restoration at Jesse M. Honeyman State Park for the benefit of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The work to be performed consists of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and manufactured articles; furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations. The Work includes: 1. Mobilization / Overhead. 2. Site Protection / Work Platforms / Structural Bracing. 3. Deconstruction and Material Salvage. 4. Carpentry repairs. 5. Exterior wood coatings. 6. Sheet metal roof flashings, valleys and crickets 7. Roofing Preparation and Installation of cedar shake roof. 8. Installation of new sheet metal gutters and down spouts. 9. Structural Bracing of Porch Framing 10. Deconstruction and Material Removal. 11. Carpentry repairs of Log Beam and accompanying materials.
