Description
Demolition of existing air-cooled chiller, and associated outdoor piping and electrical conduit and wire. Installation of replacement chiller of same type and approximately same size in same location as original. Installation of new piping and electrical conduit and wiring to new chiller as required, and all related accessories. Startup, testing, adjusting & balancing. Training of District Facilities O&M Staff.
