Description: An inclusive, data-informed strategic planning process culminating in the adoption of its next multi-year Strategic Plan to be implemented in 2027 for Lane Community College. The consultants work will encompass the core tasks, to be refined collaboratively with the Colleges strategic planning team. The consultants role is to bring structure, expertise, and facilitation skill to the process. The consultant will design a structured survey instrument and facilitation guide for student focus groups; survey administration and focus group logistics will be managed by college institutional research (IR) staff. The consultant will analyze results and incorporate findings.
