Description
Scope of Work: Project includes installation of a new chilled water pump station, piping, air-cooled chiller, cooling coils, control valves, VRF systems, thermowells, pressure sensor connections, and required electrical upgrades. Work also includes associated piping and wiring, coordination with the controls contractor, startup, testing, adjusting and balancing, and training for District Facilities Operations & Maintenance staff.
