Description: Partial turnkey playground system to be installed within the constructed oval play area at Bolton Hill Sports Complex Phase II, with the intent of receiving creative and site responsive designs that maximize vertical play value, visual presence, and overall engagement within the available oval space. The Contractor shall provide: Playground equipment Engineered foundation systems Turnkey installation on equipment (Fall protection provided by owner) Prevailing wage compliance Certified payroll Public works bond Shop drawings Fall height certification Final inspection coordination The project must remain consistent with the approved OPRD grant scope and budget categories.
