Scope of Work:The Contractor shall design and deliver a turnkey modular early childhood education classroom facility to support its Head Start program in Woodburn, Oregon. The scope of work includes coordination with the Agencys Architect to support and inform the development of basic schematic design, as well as the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and all associated site work necessary to achieve occupancy readiness

Project Scope: The proposed project will construct an emergency potable water intertie between Detroit and Idanha. The two communities are located approximately five miles apart. The intertie would consist of approximately 25,000 feet of new water main installed along highway 22, alterations to existing pressure reducing valve stations, a new bidirectional pump station, and a bidirectional flow meter. Water should be able to be pumped back and forth between the treated water reservoirs for both Detroit and Idanha. Phase 1 of this project will be for engineering design and feasibility. Should the project be able to be constructed, phase 2 will consist of construction oversight and construction management of the project designed in phase 1. While only phase 1 work is guaranteed, the owner shall reserve the right to award phase 2 of the project to the winning proposal.

Scope item B consists of accepting and properly disposing of dewatered biosolids in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Three (3) landfills that may accept their dewatered biosolids: 1. Columbia Ridge Landfill in Gilliam County, round trip travel distance to/from WLWPCF approximately 366 miles. 2. Wasco County Landfill in Wasco County, round trip travel distance to/from WLWPCF approximately 264 miles. 3. Coffin Butte Landfill in Benton County, round trip travel distance to/from WLWPCF approximately 61 miles.

The scope of work includes complete grounds maintenance services for the Western Oregon Service Unit campus, including routine grounds maintenance, mowing, edging, weed and leaf removal, retention pond maintenance, trash and debris policing, sidewalk and stairway cleaning, vegetation trimming, annual pruning, approved chemical applications, debris disposal, and snow and ice removal as needed. The anticipated period of performance includes one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
