Description

Scope of Project: Contractor shall utilize and encourage the use of energy efficient appliances. Contractor shall plan for route optimization in providing services. Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to include diverse suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors in the conduct of your business and supply chain. Contractor shall utilize and encourage the use of janitorial green cleaning supplies that follow green seal certified products. Contractor shall be responsible for removing any and all debris from roofs, roof drains and gutters. Contractor shall provide the services for all one hundred and twenty (120+) plus County buildings.
