Description
Scope of Work: Includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, personnel, coordination and mobilization to perform roof repair and bi-annual maintenance work on existing Tremco Roof Systems and for complete roof replacement when deemed necessary. Typical maintenance work includes general debris removal and disposal, cleaning of drainage ways, inspection of single ply and elastomeric coating membranes, monitoring of sealant dependent conditions and reporting of work performed, and deficiencies identified. It may also include installation of pipe penetration flashings, installation of missing roof drain domes, removal and replacement of elastomeric joint sealants, removal and replacement of damaged sheet metal flashings and removal and replacement of damaged or missing fasteners.
