Description
811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a full-service elevator maintenance contract at John Day Dam, Sherman County, Oregon, and Klickitat County, Washington. Eight (8) elevators at John Day Dam require routine preventative maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, repair, replacement, testing, and documentation. Offerors must be capable of maintaining 24/7/365 availability to respond to emergency situations and be able to arrive on site no later than three hours in some emergency response situations.
