The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement to the existing bridge abutment in Centre County, Philipsburg Borough, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, SR 2020-168. This work includes the removal of the existing bridge abutment that once supported SR 2020 spanning Moshannon Creek between Centre and Clearfield counties. Additional work includes new construction of a flood wall and miscellaneous construction activities for a total construction length of approximately 263.43 feet (0.050 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.

The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of State Highway in Centre & Clinton County, Marion & Porter Townships, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State Route 0080, Section B43. This project being situated on State Route 0080 from Segment 1640 Offset 1534 Eastbound and Segment 1645 Offset 1881 Westbound to Segment 1706 Offset 0100 Eastbound and Segment 1707 Offset 0100 Westbound. For the improvement of approximately 12.38 miles of existing separated limited access highway involving milling of asphalt pavement, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for base, binder and wearing courses, various ITS devices, guide rail upgrades, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
