Montgomery County is seeking a firm to install approximately 18,000 feet of a combination of carpet and LVT and base cove in specific areas of the building located on the 5th and 8th floors of OMP.

The Montgomery County Parks, Trails, & Historic Site's Vehicle Storage Project at Green Lane Park consists of an unconditioned, pre-engineered storage building designed in accordance with the Basis of Design shown on the drawings. The building is located behind the Green Lane Parking Lot and will be used for vehicle storage in support of Montgomery Countys Green Lane Park operations. The construction documents will include a Code and Life Safety Analysis, Architectural Plans, Sections, Elevations, Details, and Associated Lighting and Power Plans for the new storage building.

For the removal of an existing bridge and improvement of a certain section of Township Road in Logan Township, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Township Route T-537. The project being situated as follows: On Township Route T-537 (Old Hill Road), adjacent to SR 0044. For the removal of the existing "closed" single-span Pratt pony truss bridge over Fishing Creek. There will be no structure replacement. Additional work consists of constructing a cul-de-sac, selective tree removal, placement of topsoil & seeding, and miscellaneous construction for a total construction length of approximately 355 feet (0.067 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
