The description and location of the project are as follows, Mill and overlay 100 feet from the bridge approaches and between the SR 42 bridges, superpave asphalt mixture design scratch and wearing courses, elastomer membrane waterproofing over 3 structures, 2 located on SR 42 at Segment 0440 Offset 0000 and Segment 0451 Offset 0000, 1 located on SR 11 at Segment 0080 Offset 0000, Type 2 deck repairs, asphaltic plug expansion dam system, pavement markings, and other related work within an overall length of 1920 linear feet (0.36 miles) all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 42, Section 144 in Montour Township And Town Of Bloomsburg, Columbia County from approximately 0.09 miles north of the intersection with State Route 42 at Segment 0070 Offset 1532 to approximately 0.42 miles south of the intersection with State Route 4004 at Segment 0450 Offset 0398.
