The description and location of the project is as follows: For the milling and resurfacing of asphalt pavement, as directed base repairs, minor structure work, guide rail, drainage, signing and pavement markings, traffic signal upgrades, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings for State Route 422 Section L39 in Lawrence County, Shenango and Slippery Rock Townships, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 1635 feet east of Willowbrook Road at Segments 0404/0405, Offsets 1049/1134 (Station 161+23) to the Butler County line at Segments 0550/0551, Offsets 1121/1141 (Station 542+12).
