This Bid Specification request from the Montgomery County Youth Center is for the installation of level 1 bullet resistant glass in our exterior facing residential unit rooms and C unit living area interior facing residential rooms, and level 1 bullet resistant glass for our units common areas. The Montgomery County Parks, Trails, & Historic Site's Vehicle Storage Project at Green Lane Park consists of an unconditioned, pre-engineered storage building designed in accordance with the Basis of Design shown on the drawings. The building is located behind the Green Lane Parking Lot and will be used for vehicle storage in support of Montgomery Countys Green Lane Park operations. The construction documents will include a Code and Life Safety Analysis, Architectural Plans, Sections, Elevations, Details, and Associated Lighting and Power Plans for the new storage building.

The Montgomery County Correctional Facility is seeking bids for a General Contractor to complete Phase 3 of the Roof Replacement as described in the project specifications and drawings. Work includes removal and replacement of Adhered EPDM Roofs, across (8) roof areas, approximately 35,140 SF +/-. Collateral Work associated within the Roof Areas indicated above includes but is not limited to temporary removal and reinstallation of razor wire / ribbon to facilitate the Roof work. Other work includes EIFS recoating and the replacement of control joints.
