This project involves the replacement of the existing concrete slab structure carrying SR 3020 over unnamed tributary to Lake Quinsigamund. The proposed structure is a 10.5-foot by 4-foot single-cell precast concrete box culvert with a precast-end section at the inlet and a cast-in-place wingwall on the east side of the outlet. The proposed culvert will provide two 10-foot wide travel lanes, and two 4-foot wide shoulders. The total length of the proposed culvert is approximately 34.5 feet. Traffic will be maintained by detour. This work includes installation of new guiderail, signing and delineation and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 3020, Section 650, in Wayne County, South Canaan Township from approximately 0.8 Miles east of SR 3022 at segment 0020 offset 0315 to approximately 0.9 Miles west of SR 3018 at segment 0020 offset 0765.

This project is for the replacement of an existing structure on State Route 0296, Section D50 and State Route 3030, Section D50 in Waymart Borough, Wayne County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The location of the project is as follows: SR 0296-D50: The project is located along State Route 0296 at the structure over Van Auken Creek from Segment 0210, Offset 1338 to Segment 0210, Offset 1573 with an overall length of 135 LF. The proposed work involves the replacement of the existing adjacent box beam bridge with a reinforced concrete box culvert. In addition to the culvert replacement, minor approach roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements are proposed. The project work is to be completed using the approved detour plan appearing in the bid package. SR 3030-D50: The project is located along State Route 3030 at the structure over Van Auken Creek from Segment 0040, Offset 2212 to Segment 0050, Offset 0433 with and overall length of 350 LF. The proposed work involves the replacement of the existing corrugated metal pipe with concrete headwalls and wingwalls with a reinforced concrete box culvert. In addition to the culvert replacement, minor approach roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements are proposed. The project work is to be completed using the approved detour plan appearing in the bid package.
