Construction consists of milling, Superpave overlay, drainage work, base replacement, shoulders, accelerated concrete pavement patching, bridge deck scarification, Polymer Polyester Concrete (PPC) bridge deck repairs & overlay, guiderail installation, and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for State Route 0024, Section 040, in York County, Springettsbury and East Manchester Townships, from Eastern Boulevard at Segment 0454/0455 Offset 0000 to 900 feet north of the Pleasant Valley Road intersection at Segment 0500 Offset 0813, from 85 feet south of Hackberry Drive at Segment 0550 Offset 1400 to 585 feet north of Hackberry Drive at Segment 0550 Offset 2000, and on SR 8008 Ramps J, K, M, and L, for an overall project length of 7,400.00 linear feet (1.402 miles).
