The District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide a complete turnkey replacement of two gymnasium floors: one at Lewisville High School and one at Lewisville Middle School. The scope of work includes removal and disposal of the existing gym floor systems from the surface up, removal and replacement of all bleachers, installation of new maple athletic flooring systems with floating subfloor systems and moisture barriers, and repainting of all school logos, court lines, and game markings.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct 12-Inch Force Main Along Hwy 9 To Serve Albemarle Site, consisting of the following approximate quantities: 13,578 LF 12-inch C900 Force Main installed by open cut method, 180 LF 12-inch DIP Force Main installed by open cut method, 300 LF of 14-inch HDPE installed by horizontal directional drill, 10 air release valves, connecting to existing pump station number 2 and appurtenances.
