Description

The Bastrop Independent School District (District) invites reliable, high-performance vendors to submit proposals for the above Solicitation, including but not limited to supplies, equipment, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance of facilities and devices to ensure safe and efficient operation. Services to Include: a) Services: - General Repairs: Provide repairs and maintenance for various components including doors, windows, walls, ceilings, flooring, and other structural elements, - Carpentry: Offer carpentry services for woodwork repairs, cabinetry installation, shelving, and other related tasks, - Painting: Provide painting services for interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, - Floor Care: Perform replacement and repairs for various types of flooring, including tile, carpet, vinyl, and hardwood. . b) Equipment and Supplies: The Contractor will be responsible for procuring the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies required to fulfill the scope of work. This includes ensuring the availability of hand tools, power tools, painting supplies, and any other materials needed to complete the identified tasks. c) Reporting: The Contractor shall maintain detailed records of all performed tasks, repairs made, supplies utilized, and any recommendations for further maintenance or improvement. Regular reports should be submitted to BISD, outlining the completed work and any ongoing or upcoming repair needs.
