The Bastrop Independent School District (District) invites reliable, high performance vendors to submit proposals for the above Solicitation, including but not limited to new commercial grade HVAC 3/5/10/15/20-ton units. These include roof top units, split systems, package units, wall packs for portables and chiller systems. Services will be turnkey, including but not limited to removing existing units when replaced, full installation of new units, cranes when required and service/maintenance on existing units when required. Current models in the district are as follows: Lennox, Carrier and Trane. While the district has listed specific brands on the HVAC unit, we will accept alternate brands which meet or exceed the quality of the specified items.

This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of safety treating fixed objects, widening lanes, widening paved shoulders (to >5ft) & related items, eliminating hazards, providing safety improvements on FM 969 from 0.18 miles north of Utley Rd to Howard Lane in Bastrop County, TX. Length: 1.651 miles. See attached for detailed requirements. Notarized Buy America Certification Form required for all items classified as construction materials.

Bastrop County desires to contract with a competent vendor to furnish multiple 40-yard roll off waste containers for solid waste dumping. The vendor agrees to collect, haul away and to properly dispose of all trash, debris and refuse, on an as needed basis. This vendor will NOT be responsible for hauling off used tires, Bastrop County has a separate contract for that service. Bastrop County has also prohibited the dumping of the following items at the Transfer Station: Oil, Oil Filters, Paints, Batteries, Chemicals, and any Appliance that contains Freon. Waste container removal and replacement must be available on an as needed basis, multiple times per week. The desired vendor will provide solid waste removal services to the Bastrop County Transfer Station located at 601 Cool Water Dr., Bastrop Texas 78602. The removal and replacement of waste containers must be completed within a 24 hour time period of any service call placed to the vendor by Bastrop County. Bastrop County Transfer Station will require four (4) 40-yard roll off waste containers at all times and Bastrop County reserves the right to increase the number of 40-yard roll off waste containers at any time at the contracted bid price. Bastrop County may also request additional 40 yard roll off dumpsters to be placed in various locations around Bastrop County in times of need such as disaster clean up or community clean up events. The contracted price for dumpsters during these events shall be the same as the daily use dumpsters under this contract.

The High School Expansion will be designed to serve 1,500 student capacity with a core of 1,800 students, and shall be designed with flexibility to convert to a middle school. The school will be constructed on two lots comprising 52 acres at the intersection of Stone Creek Drive and FM 1100 in the City of Elgin, Texas in Travis County. This new facility will enhance learning opportunities for students, provide modern educational spaces, and support Elgin ISDs long-term facility expansion plans.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. FCI Bastrop is a federal correctional facility located at 1341 Highway 95 North, Bastrop, TX, 78602. The project consists of the following: Remove an existing septic tank and associated piping to enable the installation of a new fiberglass manhole with grinder pump and new duplex sewer lift station in a precast concrete sump. The sewer system shall then be extended to a Corix Utilities tie-in location. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the Utility and shall be responsible for any costs associated with the tie-in.
