This project is to complete approximately 6000 SY of concrete pavement repairs and 4000 SY of asphalt pavement replacements across 14 alleys.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being conducted pursuant to the Dallas County Code of Purchasing Requirements. Dallas County (the County) is soliciting Proposals from firms that are interested, qualified, and experienced in providing beverage, snack, and food vending services for County facilities. The County currently operates approximately 27 buildings, each consisting of multiple floors, and supports an estimated workforce of approximately 8,182 employees, in addition to serving an average of 2,600 jurors per week. These populations represent the primary users of vending services and reflect the anticipated demand vendors should be prepared to accommodate. Vendors should expect a diverse range of facility types, building sizes, traffic levels, and service needs throughout County locations.

In preparing a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the General Maintenance Contractor Consultant shall address the following specific components that should be included in the scope of work. The final scope of work will be coordinated with the City staff and the selected General Maintenance Contractor Consultant . The firm hired is to provide on call general maintenance, and/or general construction of city public facilities including but not limited to: street, drainage and utility infrastructure, maintenance, building construction/maintenance and landscape maintenance services, including but not limited to the following areas: General Services, Development Review, Planning, Drainage Review, CAD and GIS Capabilities, Work Product, Reporting, and Communications, other Considerations.

The Base Scope of Work shall include the removal of out-of-service infrastructure and replacement with permanent AOA fencing along the A-B Connector Fence, effectively closing off former access areas. Work includes demolition and removal of all old guard booths and their associated infrastructure, removal of existing gates and gate components, and removal of obsolete infrastructure related to former gate operations. Salvageable concrete barricades currently blocking former gates, along with any other salvageable infrastructure, shall be returned to ETAM. New permanent AOA fencing shall be installed to close gaps where gates previously existed. Existing gate curbs shall be replaced with standard street curbs to match existing conditions across the airfield along the fence line. All additional work necessary to fully transition these areas into a continuous permanent AOA fence line shall be included.

The City of Carrollton is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the design and implementation of improvements to the Woodlake Lake (Colonial House Lake) Dam and the Josey Ranch Lake Dam. The project includes enhancements to the existing spillway structures to improve their capacity to safely convey stormwater flows and protect the dam embankments. Improvements may involve the use of roller-compacted concrete (RCC), structural modifications, and other necessary measures, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, including TCEQ dam safety standards.

Services provided under this Agreement will consist of providing engineering design, design management, condition assessment, and related services for various types of Civil Infrastructure in support of DFW Airports Infrastructure Capital Program and Airport Development Program managed through the Design, Code and Construction (DCC).

The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to define the scope, deliverables, schedule, and responsibilities for the inspection and recertification of fall protection systems located at DFW Airport, including but not limited to rooftop anchors, horizontal lifelines, guardrails, and access systems. This work will ensure continued compliance with ANSI Z359, OSHA 1910/1926, IWCA 1.14.1 and manufacturer specific standards. This scope of work is for 5 yrs of annual inspections and recertification process.

The contractor must completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for new construction for the Veterans Affairs Garland Elevator project as required by the specifications, drawings, and supporting attachments included in the solicitation package. The project will modernize / replace ten (10) electric elevators and four (4) hydraulic elevators and correct functional deficiencies to bring them up to current elevator codes and VA design guidelines. Areas that will be addressed are: elevator pits, machine rooms, control systems, hoist ways, machine drives, landing doors, phones, safety systems, car operation panels, door operators, signaling devices, upgrade elevator cab interiors, and provide the VA with EMS Panorama to meet existing elevator monitoring system. The GC shall provide a one (1) year repair clause to match a one (1) year maintenance and a one (1) year warranty. Mechanical penthouses: Decommission elevator equipment that will not be used and remove.

The street reconstruction project involves the total reconstruction of this concrete street. All work and materials shall be in accordance with the current City Standard Construction Details and General Construction Design Manual. For the concrete street, details on Sheet 6 of the Standard Construction Details shall be followed. Contractor shall reconstruct the street, including turn-lanes at street intersections with a 10-inch 4,000 psi concrete with #4 rebars at 18 center to center on top of 10-inch cement treated base layer. Median openings and turn-lanes for driveways are excluded from the project scope.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide timeandmaterials services for facility maintenance, repair, remodeling, and minor construction across City-owned facilities. Because multiple locations may require work concurrently and a wide range of trades may be needed throughout the year, the City anticipates awarding multiple contracts. Proposers may submit pricing for one or more trade categories. The improvements include sandblasting, priming, painting, and encapsulating 24 steel HPiles under the Simonds Road bridge over Hickory Creek with Class C concrete. The project also includes cleaning, priming, and painting 380 linear feet of bridge railing to enhance durability and safety.
