The Base Scope of Work shall include the removal of out-of-service infrastructure and replacement with permanent AOA fencing along the A-B Connector Fence, effectively closing off former access areas. Work includes demolition and removal of all old guard booths and their associated infrastructure, removal of existing gates and gate components, and removal of obsolete infrastructure related to former gate operations. Salvageable concrete barricades currently blocking former gates, along with any other salvageable infrastructure, shall be returned to ETAM. New permanent AOA fencing shall be installed to close gaps where gates previously existed. Existing gate curbs shall be replaced with standard street curbs to match existing conditions across the airfield along the fence line. All additional work necessary to fully transition these areas into a continuous permanent AOA fence line shall be included.
