Description

Work will consist of a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property across the Ysleta Independent School District (YISD) on an “as needed” basis. This solicitation is not for rental equipment. Except as may be specified elsewhere in this contract, the proposer/contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management and shall perform all operations necessary and required for work, which shall be defined in each purchase order. All work shall be performed following the requirements outlined in the request for proposal and each purchase order. Only materials and workmanship of the highest quality are to be used, and best commercial practice is adhered to in the fabrication and/or supply of the unit(s). The bidder shall be an established supplier of the items bid.
