Description
It is the intent of Region 19 Education Service Center to establish a contract with vendor(s) for Event Center Products, Services and Related – ESC Region 19 Only for those procurements made with funds as allowable. This solicitation will include but not be limited to: floral items, event lighting, event props, dj services, audio equipment, rental equipment, pastry food items, food catering, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages including beer and wine, event contracted services, linens, and smallwares.
