This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of increasing safety lighting & related items, eliminating hazards, providing safety improvements on SH 20 from Leisure Lane to Lazy Knee in El Paso County, on IH 10 from 1.71 miles west of Wild Horse Rd to 0.32 miles west of Wild Horse Rd in Culberson County, and on IH 10 from 0.5 miles west of FM 2217 to 0.5 miles east of FM 2217 in Hudspeth County, TX.
