Description

The City of El Paso, Texas proposed to construct Montwood Drive 550 feet to the west of Tierra Este Road and Rich Beem Boulevard to connect the two existing segments of Montwood Drive. The proposed extension will consist of a four-lane, divided, asphalt roadway with curb and gutter, sidewalks(s), parkway(s), a median, and bike lanes. Other improvements will include landscaping, illumination, and storm sewer systems with retention ponding areas. Maintain the entire project area in a neat and orderly manner throughout the duration of the work. Remove all construction litter and undesirable vegetation within the right of way inside the project limits subsidiary to the various bid Items.
