Phase 1 of Burleson Legacy Park includes the construction of 1500 linear feet of roadway connecting Hulen Street to Alsbury Boulevard starting approximately 840 feet north of the Hulen-Alsbury roundabout and ending approximately 900 feet east of the Hulen-Alsbury roundabout. The project also includes construction of three lighted softball fields, a drop-off loop designed to accommodate food trucks, and a 188-space parking lot. Additional improvements include a ten-foot-wide shared use path along the north side of the roadway and a six-foot-wide sidewalk that loops around the ballpark. Regrading and reshaping of the existing detention pond will be required for the drainage system. The project also includes rain gardens. Additional alternative bid items include educational signage, scoreboard and a 4-post shade sail system over the bleachers.

The City of Burleson seeks to pre-qualify architectural and engineering, surveying, and right-of-way acquisition firms licensed to practice in the State of Texas to provide professional services on an as-needed basis for a five-year period from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2031.Firms that demonstrate the qualifications and experience necessary to meet the Citys needs may be placed on a pre-qualified firms list. When professional services are required, the City may select a firm from the pre-qualified list based on the specific scope and requirements of the project. Placement on the pre-qualified list does not guarantee selection or the award of a contract.

This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of reconstructing existing roadway on FM 157 from US 67 to 8th St, & from 8th St to north of County Road 108B in Johnson County, TX. Length: 1.747 miles. See attached. Not Federally Funded.

The project consists of a new 16-inch water line in Cleburne, Texas. The proposed water line alignment extends northeastward along E. 2nd Street from State Highway 4 for approximately 1,500 feet, then traverses northwest 5,500 feet to north of Lockett Branch, crossing the BNSF rail, Business US Highway 67, and two creeks. The project vicinity and approximate locations of the exploration borings are illustrated on Plate A.1, Plan of Borings.

The major work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, fuel, etc. associated with the Lakeshore Drive and Harvest Hill Road Improvements.

The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals as required for the replacement and/or modification of the ground storage tank fill valves at Cleburne Pump Stations #12 & #14. The major work in this project shall generally consist of but is not limited to the construction of a new concrete valve vault and piping at PS #12, using the existing valve vault for the new bypass piping, modification to the existing fill valve and piping at PS #14, electrical, controls, SCADA and coordination, and site improvements. The project includes approximately 70 LF of 12 to 20 PVC and DIP by open trench installation method. The project will encompass surface restoration, site protection and grading, traffic control and all miscellaneous and incidental work required to complete the project.

This project consists of conducting a feasibility study to evaluate and identify the optimal future alignment to connect FM 917 on either side of the existing railroad crossing and connection to FM2280. The study will assess multiple alignment alternatives, considering factors such as roadway geometry, traffic operations, safety, constructability, drainage, right-of-way impacts, environmental constraints, utility conflicts, and coordination requirements with the railroad and TxDOT. Public and stakeholder input will be incorporated, as appropriate, to support a well-informed recommendation.

The project generally consists of pavement reclamation for approximately 2,890 linear feet of existing asphalt streets and construction of approximately 450 linear feet of storm drain pipe and associated inlets and appurtenances.
