The goals of the work herein described are to find and correct problems with the installation, condition, operation, or foreseeable operation of the equipment comprising the DC power supply components of the electric distribution substation in order to protect public safety, personnel safety, customer service and reliability, and Weatherford Municipal Utility System capital investment, and to comply with all testing and maintenance requirements of the National Electric Reliability Council.
