Description

The Travis County Sheriffs Office (TCSO) Life Safety Section is responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and testing of life safety systems across 15 buildings within the Travis County Correctional Complex (TCCC) in Del Valle, as well as the Travis County Jail (TCJ) in downtown Austin. The responsibility for these facilities is distinct from Travis County Facilities Management. Life Safety Systems shall be maintained to the highest industry standards. In the event any system deficiency is identified, the Contractor must provide written notification to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), Facilities Management, and the TCSO Life Safety Section within four (4) hours of discovery.
