Description
The Developer Partner(s) selected under this RFQ will be an integral partner in the effort to assist HACA in developing high quality, energy efficient, and sustainable housing for Austin families. The Developer Partner(s) will be required to work closely with HACA and other community stakeholders throughout the development effort. HACA has engaged legal counsel and the Developer Partner(s) will be expected to work with all partners in a team-oriented approach to redevelopment. The Developer Partner(s) shall be responsible for assisting in the development of an implementation plan (Plan that will achieve a high quality, energy efficient, sustainable housing product for Austin families.
