Description

The City of Pflugerville is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to enter into a contract for a Janitorial Services for City Owned Properties (herein Services). This contract would be effective October 1, 2026 upon approval by the City of Pflugerville City Council and shall remain in effect for thirty-six (36) months. This contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods at the discretion of the City.
