Central Health is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional design services for the Cameron Center a proposed multi-building Medical Respite and Community Services Campus located at 7901 Cameron Road in Austin, Texas 78754. The 4.38-acre site houses three buildings totaling approximately 122,000 square feet. A parking deck is situated on the back part of the site. Site work may include addressing grade changes, utility upgrades, creating ADA accessible outdoor amenities, and areas to accommodate animals who are in the care of the population seeking services.
