This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority), a regional mobility authority and political subdivision of the State of Texas, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Respondents) to perform preliminary engineering (including a schematic and environmental study), final design (including plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E)) and construction-phase services (including reviewing shop drawings, responding to requests for information). The desired outcome is an innovative, high-capacity intersection with minimal right-of-way impacts. The selected Respondent will develop a schematic and environmental study, PS&E deliverables and construction letting documents for construction of the RM 1431 / 183A Intersection Improvements Project (the Project).
