The shop includes 4 large vehicle repair bays, 1 small vehicle repair bay, 1 storage bay, a cubicle area, a private office, an employee lounge, a restroom, and a storage mezzanine. Site work includes regrading, retaining walls, new pavement areas, and parking spaces. Deductive Alternates are listed on sheet AS-003 and include removing a truck parking canopy and additional heavy-duty pavement area from the scope of work.

Webb County is soliciting the submittal of qualification statements from experienced Civil Engineering Firms interested in developing a roadway speed study for the City of Rio Bravo, Texas to include but not limited to the collection of traffic data, analyze existing traffic conditions, determine how to manage speeds down and evaluate changes for safer roadways. The study will further provide the Webb County Commissioners Court with recommendations on traffic safety issues and identify appropriate speed limits, and the recommendation to install an appropriate number of speed humps within the designated areas for this study.

Clark Boulevard - Site Improvements. The contractor shall construct approximately 158 linear feet of curb and gutter type "A" with asphaltic pavement transition along with 672 square feet of reinforced concrete sidewalk. All work must include full site preparation: excavation, subgrade compaction to 95% density. The contractor is responsible for installing appropriate control and expansion joints, ensuring all surfaces are graded for positive drainage away from structures, and performing a complete site cleanup including the removal of all forms and debris.
