Description

This project consists of constructing a fleet annex repair shop, approximately 7,300 sf in size. The shop includes 4 large vehicle repair bays, 1 small vehicle repair bay, 1 storage bay, a cubicle area, a private office, an employee lounge, a restroom, and a storage mezzanine. Site work includes regrading, retaining walls, new pavement areas, and parking spaces. Deductive Alternates are listed on sheet AS-003 and include removing a truck parking canopy and additional heavy-duty pavement area from the scope of work.
