The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The Work includes all of the work of Divisions 01 thru 33 for the Salt Lake County Salt Lake Valley Transfer Station PT Deck/Pit Repair. Project Description: Repair the Post Tension Concrete Deck surface and to replace and repair the pit surround with a metal treatment.
This project consists of the furnishing and installation of golf course netting on seventeen (17) existing, new wooden poles located on the driving range at the Oquirrh Hills Golf Course, which span an overall length of approximately 900 linear feet. Fourteen (14) of the poles are sixty-five (65) feet tall, with the remaining three (3) poles being twenty-five (25) feet in height. The project also includes all required design engineering as well as the furnishing and installation of the netting, rope borders, ground anchors, guy / brace cables, fittings, clamps, eye bolts, and all other labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide a fully installed and function golf course netting system.

The project consists of fabrication and delivery of weathering steel transmission structures for a 138kV transmission line located in Brigham City, Utah. Provide structural design verification, shop detailing, fabrication of weathering steel structures, davit arms, crossarms, base plates, anchor bolt assemblies, ladders, grounding attachments, testing, certifications, packaging and delivery.
The construction work, in general, consists of furnishing and installing the Wasatch County Water Efficiency Project Timpanogos Canal Lining Jordanelle Ridge Reach, including the installation of the 1910 linear feet of 10-foot wide, 3.5-foot tall cast-in-place concrete lining, 1 access ramp, toe drains, 2000 linear feet of 1.25-inch fiber optic conduit, 2 Type II fiber optic junction boxes, 2000 linear feet 72-strand fiber optic cable, 156 linear feet of 48 RCP, along with 1950 linear feet of 6-inch thick by 12-foot wide finished width untreated base course access road. Pre-qualification required.

This project will consist of the removal of old/obsolete pavement between the approach end of Runway 12 and Taxiway B, south of Taxiway B1. Along with the removal, this area will be re-graded to minimize the longitudinal grade breaks within the Runway Safety Area of Runway 12/30. This project will also include the extension/relocation of the existing drainage infrastructure on the north side of Runway 12/30 to locations outside of the Runway Safety Area.

Hill AFB, Utah intends to make a single award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the execution of a broad range of abatement, repair, remediation, sampling and minor construction projects affecting real property at Hill Air Force Base (Hill AFB), with a small quantity of projects at Little Mountain, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Dugway, Carter Creek, and other associated sites located in Utah and Pinedale, Wyoming. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to design, manage, and accomplish a broad range of repair, remediation, abatement and/or new construction work on real property for both interior and exterior abatement projects. 5-year plus 6-month optional period of performance.
The selected team will prepare a comprehensive master plan for the remaining eight acres of the MAPS Campus (site map atached).
