hornton Fire Department (TFD) and North Metro Fire Rescue District (NMFR) are exploring opportunities for long-term collaboration regarding training facility operations. This Project includes a comprehensive feasibility study examining the viability, structure, and strategic implications of a joint training facility partnership. Consultant shall assess operational, financial, governance, and facility planning considerations to provide both agencies with data-driven recommendations for establishing a sustainable, mutually beneficial training partnership
