Description

Syracuse City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a modern Voice over IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications solution to replace the Citys existing on-premises Mitel telephone system. The selected vendor shall provide: System design, Implementation services, SIP trunk services, Phone hardware, Configuration and migration, Training, and Ongoing support and maintenance. The proposed solution must support existing operational workflows across multiple City facilities while providing scalability, reliability, redundancy, survivability, and modern communication features.
