The City of Green River, Utah (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or teams (Proposers) to develop, permit, construct, and operate a Class IVb Construction and Demolition (C&D) landfill on City-owned property located west of the City. The City intends to enter into an agreement with a private operator responsible for permitting, development, and the longterm operation of the landfill. The City will retain ownership of the land.
