The City of Alexandria is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for construction of Old Town Pool. Only firms that have been pre-qualified in accordance with the procedures in the Pre-qualification Application will be eligible to submit bids for this project. Bids received from those who have not been prequalified will not be considered. This project consists of the selective demolition and new construction of outdoor pool and bathhouse. Scope will include hazardous materials remediation.

The City has issued the ITB to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders and enter a Contract for the provision of construction services for Bus Shelter Phase II. The work includes installing 14 bus shelters in locations where there is high ridership to improve the public transit experience. The successful Bidder shall provide all goods, services, labor, supervision, bonds (are required), and insurance necessary to complete the work in the provided construction plans and technical specifications.

The work includes at-grade improvements along King Street at the intersections of North Beauregard Street and between South Chesterfield Road and North Hampton Drive. The project will create a multi-modal environment and promote safety for pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists by adding an additional left turn lane in each direction on King Street, medians, a 10-ft shared use path on portions of King Street and North Beauregard Street, upgrading sidewalks. VDOT prequalification required.

The Town of Vienna, VA seeks bids from qualified contractors for the provision of crushed stone, gravel, sand and other aggregates as needed. Actual Contract Award amount will be based on the amount that will be allocated by the Town Council for any fiscal year in which the work will be performed.
