Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for the Goose Creek RWPS MV MCC project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).

The Town of Purcellville is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 32nd Street and Main Street Intersection Improvements in the Town of Purcellville, VA. The project is generally described as minor intersection improvements including, but not limited to, sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm structures and pipe, driveway entrances, asphalt paving and pavement markings.

The Town of Purcellville, Virginia (Town) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning repair, maintenance, and replacement services. It is the intent of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide on-call repair services and regularly scheduled maintenance services for all Town owned facilities that require service. The successful Offeror will be called upon from time to time to make recommendations for replacement, and, upon approval by the Town, install the replacement equipment as agreed upon by the Town. The resulting contract will include any related HVAC services, emcompassing but not limited to the items and services specifically listed herein.

Nova Parks is seeking Bids for improvements at our Algonkian Volcano Island waterpark in Sterling, Virginia. The Project shall be constructed under a single prime construction contract. The Town of Leesburg, VA is soliciting sealed proposals to establish multiple term contracts to provide snow and ice removal services from Town rights-of-way including streets, sidewalks and trails as well as Town property such as parking lots, the Town's parking garage, the Town's police station, etc. This is a continuous solicitation. An offeror may submit a proposal at any time.

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide annual street maintenance services including microsurfacing, slurry seals, cape seals and crack sealing, and all incidentals. Work shall be inclusive of right-of-way permits, street sweeping, signage, public notifications, no parking signage and maintenance of traffic.

Contractors interested in submitting construction bids on the Evergreen Mills Rd Widening Improvements Project for Loudoun County Public Schools in Ashburn, Virginia, are invited to prequalify to bid (RFQ #26-546). The project encompasses the widening of approximately one mile of existing roadway, expanding the current two-lane undivided section to a four-lane divided roadway. The project corridor extends from just south of the Creighton Road intersection to north of the Ryan Road intersection. The scope of work includes modifications to two existing traffic signals at Creighton Road and Ryan Road, as well as the installation of a new traffic signal at the Steeple Chase intersection. Additional improvements include the construction of pedestrian facilities; stormwater management (SWM) facilities; storm sewer and drainage; roadway signing and pavement markings; installation of Loudoun Water waterline and sanitary sewer infrastructure; earthwork activities, including the removal of unsuitable material; rock excavation; and erosion and sediment control measures.

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain a qualified contractor to provide Pump and Haul Services for onsite sewage disposal system tanks, oil and water separators, and grease traps.
