Description
Nova Parks is seeking Bids for improvements at our Algonkian Volcano Island waterpark in Sterling, Virginia. The Project shall be constructed under a single prime construction contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for the complete, coordinated, code-compliant, fully operational, and warrantable installation of all Work shown or reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents, including but not limited to demolition, removals, temporary protection, pool shell modifications and shallowing, concrete work, pool finish, MLPS installation, anchorage, associated piping, main drains, recirculation/feature piping, electrical work, bonding and grounding, controls, erosion and sediment control measures, testing, inspections, startup, training, closeout documentation, restoration, and coordination with NOVA Parks, the Engineer, authorities having jurisdiction, and the MLPS manufacturer.
