Description
The City of Sequim seeks qualified firms to provide on-call right of way services.The contract term will be for 3 years and may be extended at the discretion of the City to the maximum 4 years. Services shall include assisting the City of Sequim in appraising and acquiring real property rights in the support of a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funded transportation project with oversight administration by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Local Programs Office. The right of way services must be in accordance with the right of way procedures of the WSDOT Right of Way Manual M26-01 and Federal acquisition laws. Appraisers must be on the WSDOT approved appraisers list. The City of Sequim reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm for any subsequent phases (CN). Projects where right-of-way consultant services may be utilized include but are not limited to; 9th Avenue Extension, Kendall and Hendrickson Intersection Improvements, South 7th Avenue Sidewalks, South Sequim Complete Streets, East Fir Street, Various Intersection Improvements, and other Federal, State, and Local funded projects.
