The project involves the construction of a new walk-in cooler for decedent holding and vestibule space, measuring approximately 600 square feet, located on the 1st floor of the existing main hospital facility. Construction activities will impact the existing decedent holding suite. Scope includes coordination of existing cooler demolition and new cooler installation with owner vendor. Limited demolition of existing partitions, limited rework of existing fire sprinklers, and mechanical/plumbing. Construction of new partitions and finishes.
Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238330 - Flooring Contractors. Resilient sheet flooring (RSF) with chemically welded seams and integral cove base. Welded seam sheet flooring (WSF) with heat welded seams and integral cove base.
The major items of work include installing interior partition walls and exterior manual sliding doors at 17 hangar units within Hangar F (base bid) and Hangar E (additive bid).
Construction of preservation and safety improvement projects at 2 locations, including 45 CY unclassified excavation, 56 SY concrete sidewalk, 8 ea curb rams, signal radar detection, installation of protected signal heads, new signal controller, accessible push buttons, grind and overlay of approx. 2,730 LF of radway, 19,110 SY planning, 2,400 tons HMA, pavement markings and related improvements.
It includes repairing the existing damaged bridge joints and existing damaged concrete curbs to match the original design. Scope includes the replacement, repair, and cleaning of spalled concrete at the bearing joints and curb along the walkway. Foundations and support of the walkway spans are intended to remain in place during this work. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 12% MBE, 8% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
Replace and install 6 x 49.5" x 207.5" (actual curb dimension) curved polycarbonate skylights. The roof is 30ft high and 15ft from nearest parking access so use of a crane needs to be included. Crane access marked in red on Attachment A. Install window is August 17th-28th, 2026 while building is closed to the public.
Work to be performed shall include construction of approximately 1,330 linear feet of watermain, and repaving and restriping of approximately 0.25 lane-miles of roadway. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of piping, four fire hydrants, one water meter, one air vaccum valve assembly; removal of valves and one air vaccum valve assembly, paving, and other work necessary to complete the project.
The Environmental Landscape Maintenance Contract provides on-call and/or regular scheduled environmental landscape maintenance services within the Port of Vancouver to ensure specified locations remain in compliance with performance requirements set forth by regulatory agencies, mitigation plans, and to maintain acceptable levels of functions. The period of performance for the contract is one (1) year with the option to extend for three (3) one-year terms.
Improvement of the City of Kelso's Public Works Yard. The Project includes grading, paving, striping, fencing, storm drainage collection and treatment, water services, sanitary sewer, site lighting, electrical and structural elements including a new wash building, storage bins and roof extension.
Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment to upgrade the Upper Warehouse at the Cowlitz Falls Project.
All bidders must prequalify before they can respond to this bid. The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to construct a new transmission line with distribution under build in Winlock, Washington. Note: Contractors shall be Prequalified by the District as Ab-High Voltage Transmission. Work includes constructing a new pedestrian pathway along 126th Ave NE between NE 186th St and NE 195th St including a new six-foot wide paved path, extruded curb or other type of pathway delineation, pedestrian crossing enhancement, pavement restoration, storm drainage, and channelization.
In general the project includes construction of one (1) baseball field with associated amenities and fencing, and one (1) ADA parking pad, landscaping, and ADA accessibility walkways.
This contract provides for the installation of on-site grinder pumps for the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding and associated school buildings, which also includes seven (7) cabins and Ajax's Cafe; and Star Marine. The work also includes the connection to the existing low pressure sewer (LPS) collection system; the installation of 2-inch HDPE LPS collection pipe, 2-inch HDPE low pressure "side sewer" pipe, grinder pump tanks, grinder pumps and control panels; the connection to existing building drains and appurtenances; the startup and testing of the grinder pumps; the abandoning of the existing septic tank systems' clearing and grubbing; the placement of hot mix asphalt and cement concrete sidewalks; and other work.
Project consists of the repair of the building boilers.
