Improvement of the City of Kelso's Public Works Yard. The Project includes grading, paving, striping, fencing, storm drainage collection and treatment, water services, sanitary sewer, site lighting, electrical and structural elements including a new wash building, storage bins and roof extension.

Project consists of the repair of the building boilers.

Clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation and embankment, full depth reclamation (FDR) of existing roadway (grinding and mixing existing pavement, underlying gravel and subgrade with cement and water), grading and compacting the FDR, precast concrete vaults, paving with hot mix asphalt, installing pavement markings upon the roadway surface, constructing gravel shoulders, reconstruction driveways, and associated work.

In general, the scope includes: 1. Admissions Building: replace the steam heating with electric heating. 2. Applied Arts Building: retrofit it's steam heating system with electric heating, interior finish updates to several classrooms, removal of exterior asbestos paneling at south exterior wall, updated parapet flashing, and new finish on the courtyard canopy. 3. Student Services Building: Replace a large central water heater and storage tank, and replace damaged fire doors. 4. Main Building: replace rooftop units and ductwork and replace the lower roof and associated flashing. 5. Home and Family Life Building: replace the fire alarm system. Alternate: Applied Arts Building: Exterior painting, siding replacement, sheetmetal coping replacement as shown on sheets A221P, A301P, A302P, and A601P. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Notice is hereby given that the Port of Woodland is receiving applications to be placed on the Small Works Roster at the Port. Applicants must be licensed contractors in the State of Washington. Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for contracts in the amount of $350,000 or less.

Demolition of existing wood-framed grandstand structure, and field lighting. Construction of new concrete grandstand structure and dugouts, new field lighting. Associated sitework and utilities. Work performed under this contract consists of the following: Installation of paint lines on existing pavement in Cowlitz County. This project will complete the striping listed in the 2026 Pavement Striping Schedule in Appendix A, to be seasonally suspended, and to then complete striping as listed in a 2027 Pavement Striping Schedule to be issued by the County in 2027. Following completion of the 2026 striping portion, contract time will be suspended until 2027.

Scope of Work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct approximately 2,500 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE sewer pipe using open-cut installation methods. The new piping will replace an existing 14-inch AC pipeline that conveys flow from a pump station that must remain in service. Bypass pumping will be necessary throughout the the duration of the work. Additionally, the work includes construction of a rock buttress for slope protection, demolition of an existing carport, installation of two (2) air/vacuum valve assemblies, and connections to existing sewer piping with all necessary fittings and appurtenances. The scope also includes clearing and grubbing of the project corridor, restoration of disturbed areas, miscellaneous landscaping, and full pavement restorations, specifications, and applicable standards.

Restroom renovation provide and install all materials and labor for renovating (2) existing restrooms, including but not limited to: removing existing interior ceramic tile and wall backer board to studs; removing existing floor ceramic tile to underlayment; removing counter tops; removing plumbing fixtures and associated accessories; removing lights, hvac grills, and access hatch in ceilings; removing doors and frames and/or doors from existing frames; installing new toilet partitions installing new quartz composite countertops; installing new floor finishes; installing new wall finishes; installing new light fixtures. general renovations provide and install all materials and labor for renovating indicated area of work, including but not limited to: removing existing wall paneling; removing exissting wall mounted signage and retain for reinstallation; removing indicated doors and frames; removing existing carpet and vinyl flooring to underlayment; installing new hollow metal door frames and doors per schedule; installing new carpet tile; installing new lvt; patch and paint throughout. To restore fish passage and build in-stream large wood structures along approximately 0.5-mile of the Grays River on Rayonier property in Pacific County, Washington. The Tribe will restore natural processes by addressing three documented fish passage barriers and restore fish access to over 5 miles of productive fish habitat within the Grays River - Reach 4C. The Tribe will place engineered log structures in the project reach to attenuate gravel transport, create pools, and provide complex rearing and spawning habitat to benefit populations of Grays River winter steelhead and coho salmon.

Project Description: The Work includes the requirements for the removal and satisfactory disposal of items within these Specifications including the following: 1. A warehouse/manufacturing building containing office space, storage areas, loading docks, a utility room, and product manufacturing areas. There are areas that abatement work will be needed to remove and dispose of Asbestos, Lead and PSB's properly. 2. A concrete secondary containment area, which contains chillers and tanks formerly to used store wastewater, glycol, and dissolver. 3. A process building that contains zinc oxide dryer, a truck loading area, and three (3) concrete secondary containment areas that contain process tanks and silos. 4. An above ground storage tank (AST) used to store sulfur dioxide. 5. Three (3) compressed air AST's. 6. A concrete lined stormwater pond. 7. A railroad spur that traverses the southwest boundary of the site. 8. A river water pump house. 9. A septic system. 10. A Parshall flume associated with a non-contact cooling water discharge outfall. 11. Miscellaneous concrete, and steel structures (i.e., walls, bollards, elevated pads, guardrails, previously decommissioned groundwater monitoring/injection and extraction well monuments/well lids, etc.)

The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, providing hauling, spreading, jointing and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA) and asphaltic concrete pavement ot the lines and levels indicated on adjacent existing surfaces, or as directed by the Engineer. Additional work shall include providing, hauling, distributing and placing tack materials in order to place an asphalt concrete pavement. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and apparatus specifically not mentioned or noted on the plans, but are incidental and necessary to perform the work as required.

The work associated with this contract is for the Contractor to remove and salvage approximately 46 damaged fender piles and 8 fender pile stubs then place them on the dock for removal by Port labor. Port labor will disconnect from the pierface the damaged fender piles prior to Contractor removal.

Project Description: Services may include surveying, geotechnical, planning, design, and construction management of water, sewer, stormwater, transportation, and utility infrastructure. Services may also include development review and on-going operations support for the City's utility systems. Specific projects may include design and construction management of a 1MG reservoir, sewer pump stations, water booster stations, stormwater improvement projects &Transportation Improvement Board funded street projects.
