This Contract provides for the construction of ADA-compliant ramps and driveway approaches along Main Street from the intersection of Park Street to the intersection of State Street. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of existing concrete ramps, removal and replacement of concrete driveway approaches, installation of a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) system, cleaning of existing drainage structures, temporary traffic control, erosion and water pollution control.

Quinault Community Health (QCH) is seeking qualified contractors to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the replacement and installation of a new HVAC system at our healthcare clinic located at 1020 Anderson Drive, Aberdeen, WA - Building 200. The goal of this project is to design and implement a reliable, high-performance HVAC system that ensures consistent indoor air quality, optimal temperature control, and long-term operational dependability. The system must be energy-efficient and aligned with applicable sustainability standards, while meeting or exceeding all local, state, federal, and tribal regulatory requirements.

The Quinault Indian Nation seeks proposals from qualified design teams to provide acrchitecture and engineering design services for a new wastewater treatment plant replacing the existing facilities in Queets, WA, to include complete site development plans, civil planning of undeveloped lands, full architectural and engineering, and complete engineer's estimates and construction documents. Work on the Project is estimated to begin in 2026 and to be completed by 2027. TERO applies.

City Council, the City of Ocean Shores is accepting applications for its Small Works Roster. The roster will cover projects estimated to cost $350,000 or less. If you wish to be included on the Citys Small Works Roster, a current application must be on file.

Grays Harbor Conservation District is implementing a low-tech creek restoration project on Mox Chehalis Creek from river mile (rm) 5.3-6.3. This contract involves the construction of 37 hand-built, post-supported wood structures called beaver dam analogs.

Minor capital projects of the existing Aberdeen Weatherwax High School. Scope of work includes a new steel canopy, wood shop dust collection system, guardrail upgrades, culinary ADA counter/sink, and all associated MEP/Fire Safety requirements as prescribed by code. The Scope of Work for this Project consists of three areas of modifications to the existing High School. Modifications include: Modify existing half wall railings identified on drawings to attach safety glass panels. Install dust collection system for shop room as identified in drawings. a. b. Install steel framing and low slope roof canopy as noted in drawings. Install exterior concrete equipment pads for dust collection equipment. Install kitchen equipment per drawings.

The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of the Westport Skatepark project. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: (1) site clearing, earth moving, erosion and sediment control; (2) skatepark construction, including concrete flatwork, concrete reinforcement, cast in-place concrete, shotcrete, metal fabrications, painting, drainage, and associated appurtenances; and (3) surface restoration of all disturbed surfaces.

The Quinault Indian Nation seeks proposals from qualified design teams to provide architecture and engineering design services for a longhouse-inspired cultural center (roughly 12,000 square feet) in Taholah, WA, to include complete site development plans, civil planning of undeveloped lands, full architectural and engineering, and complete engineer's estimates and construction documents. All work must be completed by June of 2027. The current community center, used for many cultural events, is located in the lower village area of Taholah, and is susceptible to flooding from the Quinault River and Pacific Ocean. A new longhouse-inspired cultural center is part of QINs larger effort to relocate the community to higher ground, outside the flooding and tsunami-inundation zone.

This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting a Consultant for Scope/Budget alignment of recommended course of action for the Lake Swano Dam Study located at Aberdeen, WA. This scope of work includes final design services. A final design and bid package would be the expected outcome of this study by the awarded firm.

The proposal consists of removing sediment from a specified dredge prism as outlined in the plans and specifications for two rounds of the maintenance dredging at the Ports 4 Marine Terminals. Contractor will be required to provide water quality monitoring during operations and will be required to conform to all environmental permits issued for the project.
