This Contract provides for the installation of a pre-manufactured restroom building at the Freeland Park project site, including but not limited to related sitework, grading, walkways, concrete paved ADA compliant parking spaces, exterior and parking area lighting, utility connections to the building, and septic system. The pre-manufactured restroom building has been procured by the County, the vendor will set precast building unit onto the site. Contractor is to prepare the site, rough-in and finish all utility connections.

Sunrise Boulevard shoulder widening of 2 feet in each direction from SR-532 to Russell Road. This project will provide an important safety component for all road users of Sunrise Boulevard. The project includes removing trees within the clear zone, and installing water quality BMPs.

The work includes the installation of approximately 1,450 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer via open cut to replace undersized 6-inch sewer, four (4) 48-inch sanitary manholes, approximately 9,200 linear feet of 8-inch diameter and 12-inch diameter CIPP sewer lining, approximately 30 CIPP lateral liners extending up to five (5) feet from the mainline sewer, and reinstatement of existing active sanitary sewer service laterals on the sewer segments repaired and replaced. This work also includes HMA trench repair, and general surface restoration.

The goal of this project is to construct 25 miles of new terrestrial underground fiber optic middle mile infrastructure on Washington State Route 20 from Race Rd. to Waterloo Rd. and from Ault Field Rd to Banta Rd. as well as on Heller Rd., Ault Field Rd., Banta Rd., Moran Rd., and Powell Rd. on Whidbey Island, in Island County, Washington.

The project includes, but is not limited to the following: demolition, general, civil, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical construction. The Project will be a single-story facility and will consist of 6,250 gross sq ft of conditioned space with ancillary outdoor areas. There will be rooms for the following purposes: (1) Community Kitchen (2) Multi-purpose space (3) Food bank space (with associated office) (4) Food Hub space (5) (2x) Incubator / office spaces (6) Bathroom (all genders) (7) Bathroom (family w/ shower) (8) Food storage space and (9) Storage / Mechanical space. The type of construction will be conventional light frame with manufactured trusses, SIP roof panels and metal roof. w/ interior wood load bearing elements to from interior mechanical loft spaces. This Project will be LEED Silver certified and utilize solar for on-site electricity generation. The stormwater mitigation approach will disperse stormwater into adjacent ecology, maintain hydrology and incorporate treatment.
